Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator ready for a new challenge?

Our client, a highly successful growing business, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of orders via email and telephone
  • Dealing with customer queries regarding delivery times, stock availability and complaints

As the Customer Service Administrator you’ll be working in a team of 4, reporting to the Head of Customer Services.You must possess previous customer service experience, dealing with a high volume of calls, emails and orders.

This position is a 6 month contract which is open for the opportunity of being permanent.It is essential you have excellent communications skills along with a ‘can do’ attitude.

There is also the opportunity to study at NVQ level whist working.
