What you’ll do:

Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 staff

Review year-end accounts and management packs (forecasting, cashflow, KPIs)

Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor

Collaborate with directors on business growth, processes, and workflow

Maintain team workflows and ensure deadlines are met

About you:

ACA or ACCA qualified

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a practice environment

Proven experience managing or supervising staff

Confident communicator, organised, proactive, and commercially minded
