An amazing opportunity to join this successful, established manufacturing company based in Wakefield, parking on site.


As a UK Sales Coordinator you'll be responsible for a portfolio of customers, from processing orders, ensuring delivery is prompt, preparing reports through to account management.

Training on the products is provided however you'll already have sales administration experience and perhaps looking for the next step up.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • To process and distribute sales orders and sales-based reports in a timely manner and on an ad hoc basis as required, attend the daily sales/manufacturing meeting and compile monthly sales reports
  • To populate and maintain data and attend and actively participate in weekly meetings
  • To be responsible for the data preparation of the Weekly Sales KPI meeting and Chair in absence of the UK Account Manager/Commercial Manager
  • Accurately process sales orders, handle customer enquiries and queries received either by telephone/email
  • Liaise effectively and proactively with manufacturing and customers alike to ensure products are ready for dispatch on time in full and issue selective product labels for packaged goods
  • Record and maintain sales history data on electronic Sales Order Record Form. Proactively monitor for gaps/offtakes and follow up directly with customers and where necessary report to Sales & Procurement Director, Commercial Manager and/or UK Account Manager.
  • Administer, record, and actively track product samples dispatches for UK customers and follow up and report in weekly KPI meetings
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Send sales quotations to customers (where responsible) and as directed by the Sales & Procurement Director, Commercial Manager & UK Account Manager
  • Meet customers face to face to develop their account (no sales targets)

  • Full Current UK Driving Licence
