Working as part of the technical team you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the technical team.

Your duties will be;

Assisting the Technical Team with accurately data entry, paperwork, filing etc.

Process Works Orders, helping to deliver new and innovative products and solutions into the marketplace, within agreed timescales, on budget, with absolute accuracy and to the highest quality

  • Supporting the service that enables completion of all aspects of pre-production (from the submission of an order to its presentation to the production team for its manufacture, within 24 hours). This includes issuing paperwork to Production & logging information on computer
  • To gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s end to end processes, and to learn and administer the full administrative function of the Technical Team
  • To Gain a basic understanding of their products in order to be able to select appropriate manufacturing instructions from an existing library of documents
  • To follow an existing procedure to generate Production Orders using a computerised system
  • To liaise with production to check stock levels of finished products
  • To liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
  • To maintain statistics such as KPIs
  • To carry out amendments to orders - identifying current progress of a job and make any necessary changes to paperwork whilst ensuring all relevant people are kept informed of the changes

This position would suit an individual with excellent attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and communicate well. Educated to A level (or equivalent) standard.
