My client is looking for a dynamic, energetic person who has customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. There are absolutely no pushy sales techniques and no high-pressure sales tactics, their prospective clients are looking for them and are wanting to engage. What will you be doing?

The right person will build strong relationships with their prospects, responding to enquiries with speed, ensuring they feel welcome, heard and well looked after. As my client says ‘If we say we are going to do something it needs to be done to drive repeat business, referrals and customers for life’.

You will be taking and making calls, helping with enquiries, guiding prospects to the right products, and responding to emails. Following up prospect calls and ensuring that they are in constant contact. They have a CRM system so recording correctly and with continuity is essential. Some days can be busy, and you’ll need to go back to the prospects diligently. They are proud of their supportive culture and teamwork and have great plans for growth and you will play a big part in them.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in working in a busy environment and responding with speed would be advantageous. You will need to have good organisational skills and be self-motivated. A friendly persona is essential and customer experience at the heart of what you do. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build effective and long-lasting relationships. They have developed tried and tested processes that are followed to get the best out of you and provide a great customer experience, so you must be ok with following these.

If you have some experience in customer service, retail, events or hospitality that would be brilliant as these are the skills that will help you in this role.
