This is an excellent opportunity if you find yourself immediately available for work and looking for a challenging, interesting sales co-ordinator position within a highly successful company. My client is looking to recruit a maternity cover based on a one year fixed term contract which is due to start shortly.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating new and existing business and maintain and build client relationships by responding to customer needs and enquiries an to provide administrative support to the team.

On a daily basis you will be;

  • Handling customer orders and needs
  • Producing quotations and following up with the customer
  • Obtaining costs and quotations for services and products brought in
  • Handling problems and complaints and work with the team and department to resolve issues
  • Sales order processing
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email

Product training will be provided however my client is looking for individuals who are pro-active and able to learn on the job. The ability to communicate well is essential as is also an organised, positive and can do attitude.
