Are you fed up of the daily commute into work and would love the opportunity to work closer to home? This highly successful company that I work closely with are recruiting a customer service administrator to join their very busy team. Ideally you will already have experience of working in a sales administration type role, you will enjoy communicating with business customers as well as internal colleagues as well. You’ll also enjoy using your initiative and thinking on your feet! Due to the beautiful location of my client you will need to have access to a car as there is no local public transport.

On a daily basis you will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing orders from customers onto their bespoke system
  • Supporting the sales representatives with information such as quotes, reports, stock availability and anything else they need for their customers
  • Invoicing customers accurately (high value, low volume of invoices)
  • Managing and organising deliveries with your customers
  • Managing customer documentation and ensuring the customer everything they need
  • Communicating with customers regarding the progress of their orders, you’ll need to communicate with internal departments also.

You’ll need to manage your work and so you’ll be organised and be able to priortise well, you’ll also need to have really good communication skills and have a confident, friendly personality. If you feel this might be the new challenge you are looking for apply now please!
