The Reporting Analyst at this award winning organisation is a people matrix management focused role, with an emphasis on providing support to the Head of Operations and other senior managers to ensure high levels of reporting and visibility across a diverse range of projects.

The role will ensure the transparent, effective and efficient delivery of a range of work for: commercial, local authority and third sector clients across the breadth of the UK.

Experienced in getting the best out of diverse team to meet tight deadlines support with managing the resource planning and activity delivery across a fluctuating workload, this role will have a good understanding of how to manage several diverse projects at the same time, ensuring accuracy in reporting and providing key outputs for review and action by managers.

You will support with the development, delivery and implementation of successful work programmes across: short, medium and long durations, consistently exceeding the key performance indicators and project targets.

Your work will include: reporting, trend analysis, budget control, data research, contract negotiation, proposal drafting, communications and evaluation to ensure successful delivery.

As a key support to the Head of operations you will be involved in project related activities, while also contributing to the development of new income streams to expand delivery of relevant activity. The role will collate learning from delivery and feedback to others in the organisation to develop new or expand existing programmes bringing in new sustainable income linked to the strategic direction of the business.

You will be a motivated individual, able to initiate and balance competing priorities through effective and efficient work practices while also able to really enjoy your working day. With excellent attention to detail you will be able to work with minimal day to day supervision, but know when to ask for help, seeing a need and actioning it.
