Do you enjoy recruitment but are fed up of working with constant KPI’s and targets? Are you looking for a work/life balance? My client is seeking a recruiter to join this great organisation.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the recruitment of senior executives, experience at this level is not required, though you must feel confident operating within this market.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicating intensively with your clients and customers on a daily basis including conducting meetings via
  • Respond efficiently, effectively and swiftly to requests from your customers including:
  • Taking a lead role in coordinating resourcing/recruitment activities, when responding to client requests.
  • Obtaining all necessary information about the position, including submission deadlines, customer contact details, presence of competitors, etc. - initiating action or briefing the relevant manager or director as appropriate
  • Resourcing for candidates via the companies database in order to identify candidates.
  • Effectively identifying service delivery options and solutions (and their associated fees and charges) and negotiating effectively with clients and associates to secure win/win outcomes.
  • Monitoring assignments progress by communicating with clients on a regular basis.
  • Identify and create opportunities to positively promote the company, its products and their relevance through marketing and sales activity. Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company and developments within the markets in which it operates.
  • Research and prepare tender and proposal documents when submissions are required in this format.
  • Take a lead role in compiling financial data and management information
  • Proactively generate reports and analyse customer, associate and assignment information; for example, Post Assignment questionnaires.

The person

You will have a background in recruitment/internal recruitment, perhaps you do not want to work to targets and KPI’s anymore however enjoy filling vacancies and providing an excellent service to your candidates and clients. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be confident recruiting at a senior executive level.
