This successful, expanding organisation based in Wakefield are seeking a Quality Co-ordinator to join their team.

You role will be based around ensuring consistent quality assurance processes are adhered and ensure all complaints are dealt with professionally and in accordance with process. This will include speaking to customers/clients regard complaints.

On a daily basis you will be involved in:

  • Working with the directors and associates to ensure all complaints are properly handled in-line with the complaints procedure.
  • Collate and respond to client feedback
  • Develop understanding of quality assurance procedures
  • Undertake audits of a significant sample of completed projects and provide KPI’s
  • Develop Quality Assurance audit system for Associate’s / project manager’s projects.
  • Develop standard Quality Assurance reporting mechanisms.
  • Work with IT support providers to develop automated Quality management tools.
  • Liaise with internal departments to explain Quality procedures and to provide training required in procedural matters on the DCC, Inspection App or QA manuals.
  • Work with ISO 9001 quality auditors to maintain Quality Management certification.

Person specification:

You will be a confident communicator and have gained experience complaint handling/resolving. Detailed training will be provided on systems and procedures however good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage. You will be detail orientated and ideally have some experience of reporting.

Suitable external training courses will be actively supported.
