  • Ensuring the team work efficiently, in a timely manner to ensure key dates are consistency met
  • You will ensure the team consistently exceeding the key performance indicators and delivery targets. Work will include: planning; budget control, communications, reporting; line management and evaluation to ensure their successful delivery
  • Responsible for the timely progress of activity throughout the customer journey to conclusion
  • Develop and maintain appropriate and robust records of delivery against KPI and financial targets for each project. Use this information to manage risks and ensure mitigations are in place as necessary
  • Ensure all customers and internal staff are fully engaged with any changes to: process; documentation or delivery timelines, documenting the change and their acceptance through a robust approach and effective communication with all clients
  • Produce the data for reporting packs at monthly meetings with internal and external partners ensuring all KPIs are delivered against agreed actions and commentary adds relevant information
  • Maintain an excellent level of professional communication with Client, contractors and customer to achieve mutually beneficial working relationships which consistently achieve targets
  • Track and manage project tasks which continually exceed targets for: volume, quality and timeliness and meets relevant codes of practice, procedures and safe working statements or criteria
  • Lead the continued development and improvement of information from data to better inform internal and external processes and reporting

You will be a motivated individual, able to initiate and balance competing priorities through effective and efficient work practices while also able to really enjoy your working day. With a good attention to detail you will be able to work with minimal day to day supervision, but know when to ask for help. You will have experience of managing and developing people and have worked in a fast paced environment.
