A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client based in Castleford. The company are looking for a highly organised, efficient and enthusiastic individual to join their busy head office team. Your role will act as support for both the sales and project manager, alongside adhoc PA duties to the director. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

The main duties will include:

  • Generation of complex quotation documents
  • Meeting support including minute taking and refreshments
  • Assisting in open days and exhibitions
  • First point on contact for customer calls and enquiries
  • Managing incoming vehicle checks
  • Dairy and mailbox management for the director
  • Booking of travel arrangements

The successful candidate:

  • Organised
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload unsupervised
  • Confident engaging with external customers
  • Positive persona
  • Brings enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
