A new role created due to expansion for Key Account Support Administrator. Working as part of the Customer Service team you will support the Key Account Manager and have responsibility for building and managing the day-to-day relationship between the company and Key Accounts in conjunction with the Key Account Manager.

As a Key Account Support Administrator you’ll love getting to know your clients and possess strong communication and inter personal skills. You’ll also enjoy reporting and be proficient in Excel (Vlookups) as you’ll be providing reports that commercial decisions will be based upon.

The role will require focus on identifying the needs and requirements of the customer whilst promoting the company’s solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers with the view to providing exceptional customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key account customer needs and requirements
  • Analyse sales data to identify buying trends, unmet needs and sales opportunities
  • Preparation of reports and forecasts to deliver detailed data to the Key Account Manager on which commercial decisions can be made
  • Tracking of non-conformances and implementing process improvements
  • Producing new season launch data/information for key accounts
  • Processing of key account customer orders, quickly, accurately and efficiently
  • Management of key account back order system to minimise customer disruption
  • Monitoring and reporting on order fulfilment statistics to ensure customer satisfaction; address any issues efficiently and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on order processing, ensuring on time deliveries
  • Review of product data files, make recommendations, implement changes to ensure current content is used
  • Review social media and promotional opportunities in conjunction with Key Account Manager and marketing team
  • Additional tasks as allocated that fall within the skill-set of the role holder
