As my client develops their service offering a new position for a Customer Service Coordinator has been created.

This award winning company seek a customer focused individual who is patient and can demonstrate empathy to offer advice to sometimes vulnerable customers providing advice on reducing energy and other utility bills. You will gain knowledge about the various schemes that are offered around the UK and which vary depending on geographical location to ensure your customer understands the information and advice you are providing.

You will also ensure that all project partners comply with GDPR, additional training can be provided, and record relevant information for regular reporting.

As part of the wider administration and customer service team you will support colleagues as when required.

Daily responsibities:

  • Project Management
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting;
  • Answering incoming referrals from energy consumers and clients
  • Offering energy advice on a day to day basis;
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients;
  • Day to day administrative project management tasks;
  • Offer support to staff within the team when required;
  • Ensure a high level of detail is utilised when carrying out administrative tasks;
  • Deliver robust and accurate reporting for both internal and external client

Key Skills and Experience required

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to explain information in a way your customer can understand
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience and build rapport quickly
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Customer service experience is essential

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday - Parking on site, 23 days holiday.
