We have an excellent opportunity to join a successful and established company in Featherstone!

As a customer service administrator you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and ensuring their orders are processed accurately and deal with their queries promptly. You will communicate with your customers via telephone and email and respond to queries on stock levels, availability, forecasting and pricing.

You will work to KPI’s and enjoy being in a results driven environment. Previous experience working in a similar environment is essential. There is the opportunity for development within the department.
