for attention to detail then this is the role for you.

Daily duties:

  • To process sales orders on their system and handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Handle and respond to customer enquires and maintain customer contact via telephone, letter or e-mail.
  • Progress and chase sales orders from customers.
  • Manage deliveries, purchase orders and maintain stock records.
  • Take credit card payments and produce invoices / credit notes.
  • Scan customer applications, orders, certificates and warehouse notes.
