My client based in Wakefield is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding and busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced company with lots of growth potential and plenty of company benefits such as canteen and on site gym.

As Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:
• Processing a high volume of sales orders accurately
• Liaising with customers regarding delivery dates or product queries
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving accordingly
• Noting any alterations to orders and informing the Production Manager
• Communicating with internal departments regarding customer orders, rectifying any issues

Skills/Attributes
• Previous office based administrative customer service experience
• Experience in processing high volumes of sales orders
• Confident, polite and professional telephone manner
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines
