A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client based in Garforth. The company are looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive individual with great attention to detail to join their small friendly team.

The main duties will include:

  • Update and maintain the CRM system
  • Inputting and checking new details
  • Liaise with the field sales representatives
  • Making service calls to end users
  • Adhoc reporting as required
  • Performing customer satisfaction surveys

Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience of administration and excellent customer service. Due to location access to a car is essential.
