I am working with an established company in Castleford to recruit an Office Administrator to join their friendly team. If you are looking for a new challenge then this might be the job for you!

You will be responsible for;

·Answering the telephone and dealing professionally with customers answering their queries or transferring calls to your colleagues

·Typing quotes for customers

·Collating paperwork to send out to customers

·Communicating with engineers regarding their daily schedule of work and dealing with any amendments

·Maintaining spreadsheets

If you feel you are able to demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and possess some administration experience then this could be the role for you!
