My client based in central Huddersfield are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team – you might already be working in industry or perhaps in practice and looking for a move out to pastures new and develop your skills and experience.

You’ll be working as part of a team which is responsible for a number of independent businesses which form part of the Group and you’ll be preparing month end accounts and payroll.

What you’ll be doing;

It’ll be varied that’s for sure; purchase ledger (the full cycle), bank reconciliations, payroll, pulling together the balance sheet and month end processing. You’ll need to be diligent, numerate and be well organised. If you’ve got good working knowledge of accounting routines any gaps can be filled with support and training.

Office based 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 25 days holiday and study support
